FIM World/AMA Superbike Race

Enclosed is the application for the July 11-14 event at Laguna. Deadline for
receiving applications is July 1, 2002. Please remember that filling out the
application does not guarantee you will work this event. If you have been
selected to work the event, a confirmation notice will be sent to you. To those who already sent in their applications, you should be receiving
confirmation by June 21st. If you don't receive it by Saturday, call Jan Weaver.

If you have any questions about this application or this event or if you don't think your application will not make it by the deadline, feel free to call one of
your Board Members.

Annual Banquet

The banquet is planned for Saturday night, July 13th in working camping. The cost for the banquet is $20 per person. Enclosed you will find a reply card, which can be returned with your FIM/AMA application and a check. Last year was lots of fun and the food was great! There were lots of prizes to be obtained, so don't forget to buy your raffle tickets. Any questions, please contact one of your Board Members.

USARM Jacket

Even though it is too late to get the USARM jacket in time for the Bike race,
you can still order one for future events. They run on the small side, so custom
size may be your best bet. All you need to do is fill out the enclosed form and
mail it with a check. Please be aware that jackets can only be ordered in
quantities of 25. If you have any questions, please contact Jerry Huff.

Membership Renewal
