MotoGP is coming SOON! July 18 - 20, 2008Is less than 48 days away!!!!A Membership application and the MotoGP Application are in this issue!!! The USARM MotoGP Chairman, Ted Kuwada, has been hard at work, and the earlier you are able to get your applications in him him, the better it is for everyone. The first race of the 2008 MotoGP season is in the books, and it looks like a WONDERFUL season! Let's continue working together to make another successful and enjoyable event!

The next POC event will be the Tribute to La Mans at WSIR, June 6-8. This is the annual 4 hour enduro and promises to be an exciting event. Course marshals signed up for this upcoming event are: Kati James, Joe Wagonleitner, Jackie Zeigler, Evette Lewis, Larry Zeigler, Lyle Grooms, Matt Madrid, Sam Weiss, Jim Madrid, Mike Burch, Gabe Head, Toby Peer, Ken Berri, Kathy Kies, Bob King, Dale Boender and Bud Tanner-Training. This year Ferrari N.A. is going to hold one of their race weekends with the Pre-Historics. They are racing the Ferrari Challenge, FXX and I think Corsa Clienti is getting some track time. Needless to say I need an experienced crew as there is going to be REAL Racing and I hear they still get a little wild in the Ferrari Challenge. The only other time we did the Ferrari Challenge in 94 or 95, it was crazy. Trading paint with Prancing Horses' is just not right. I kind of have a regular crew, but I need to add to this to cover the Ferrari activities. If you are interested in working this event, you can sign up through the link on the website schedule, e-mail me direct or call/leave a message CORONADO SEPTEMBER 26, 27, 28 2008 Coronado this year is the same weekend as AMA at Laguna. I need experienced workers, who can flag and communicate. You also need to be fairly mobile as we are working on a runway with very limited protection and would need to move out of the way quickly if something happens. If you decide to sign up to work this event, I need your full commitment, as it is near impossible to find last minute replacements for an event in San Diego.
