There are several ways to complete the USARM application/renewal form. You can download a MS Word document version of the application, or a PDF (Adobe) version or print a text version.
You can also fill out our online application on our secure website and pay via PayPal or then mail in your dues.

If you do not have Microsoft Office to open the DOC file you can download Open Office which is open-source software which will allow you to open and print the DOC files. You will need Adobe Acrobat to be able to print the PDF files. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader.
